BLG SF Market — Official Vendor Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 2026
These Vendor Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation as a vendor or exhibitor ("Vendor") at BLG SF Market, produced by Black Label Group ("BLG"). By purchasing vendor space, submitting payment, electronically signing, or participating in the event, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
Vendor space reserved only after full payment. Payment constitutes acceptance. Registrations non-transferable; no assignment/resale/sublease without written approval. BLG may refuse/revoke/suspend/cancel any registration before or during the event, with or without cause, sole discretion.
First-come, first-served. Priority: Premium Vendors, multi-table vendors, Sponsors, strategic partners. Requests welcome, not guaranteed. BLG may relocate/resize/combine/divide/reassign spaces to improve guest experience, venue operations, fire code compliance, emergency access, security, crowd flow, event programming. Booth changes are not grounds for refund.
Premium Vendors: arrival 7:00 AM, setup complete 8:00 AM, Black Label Hour 9:00–10:00 AM, 5:30 PM early breakdown notification, 6:00 PM load-out begins. Standard Vendors: arrival 8:00 AM, setup complete 9:00 AM, General Admission 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, 7:00 PM load-out begins.
Booths must remain fully operational during all public hours. Early packing/teardown/departure prohibited unless authorized. Unauthorized early departure may result in removal from future BLG events.
Trading Cards, Pokémon, Sports Cards, TCG Products, Sealed Products, Collectibles, Memorabilia, Hobby Accessories, Artwork, Apparel, approved hobby-related merchandise. BLG determines appropriateness.
Vendors selling fan art, fan-made merch, altered artwork, copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or licensed IP must disclose for written approval prior to event. Approval is not a legal determination. Vendor solely responsible for IP compliance. BLG may require immediate removal of potentially infringing merchandise.
Counterfeit, bootleg, replicas represented as authentic, weapons/ammunition, explosives/fireworks, hazardous chemicals, controlled substances, cannabis, alcohol, tobacco/nicotine, pornographic/explicit materials, hate speech or discriminatory materials, illegal products, merchandise violating law. Immediate removal reserved.
Displays stay within assigned footprint. Without written approval no blocking aisles/exits/fire equipment/ADA access, no hanging from ceilings, no attaching to floors/walls/windows/columns/fixtures, no tape/screws/nails/staples/glue/adhesives/fasteners on venue property. Vendor responsible for venue damage.
No sale/distribution of food, beverages, samples, alcohol, or consumables without prior written approval. Approved vendors responsible for health permits and governmental approvals.
Comply with all Fire Marshal requirements. Without written approval: no open flames, candles, Sterno, propane, fuel-powered equipment, space heaters, fog/haze machines, pyrotechnics, generators. Electrical equipment must be commercially manufactured, properly rated, safe. Unsafe equipment removed immediately.
Zero tolerance: violence, threats, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, disorderly conduct. Applies before/during event, online, on social media, in event-related communications. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
Professional security during load-in, event hours, load-out. Vendors remain solely responsible for inventory, cash, equipment, employees, personal property. BLG assumes no responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged property.
Available within the building. Fees not included with registration. Subject to availability.
Limited electrical service may be available. Complimentary Wi-Fi may be available; speeds may fluctuate with thousands of devices connected. BLG strongly recommends a mobile hotspot or backup payment processing. Internet provided without warranty.
Commercial General Liability required for every Vendor, minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence. Certificate of Insurance before check-in. Recommendation if needed: https://www.theeventhelper.com. Additional Insureds: Black Label Group; Ingka Centers San Francisco LLC; 945 Market SF (or legal entity in venue agreement if different). Submit to vendors@blacklabelgroup.gg. Failure to provide proof may result in denial of participation without refund.
Vendor solely responsible for sales tax, seller's permits, business licenses, employment laws, consumer protection laws, IP compliance, federal/state/local laws.
Vendor grants BLG permission to photograph/record/livestream and use images of booths, merchandise, employees, representatives, logos, displays for promotional, advertising, editorial, archival, commercial, and social media purposes without compensation.
Participation involves inherent risks including theft, property damage, crowd-related incidents, personal injury, equipment failure, illness, other unforeseen events. Vendor voluntarily assumes all risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Vendor defends, indemnifies, and holds harmless Black Label Group, Ingka Centers San Francisco LLC, venue ownership/management, sponsors, staff, volunteers, contractors, representatives from claims/lawsuits/liabilities/damages/losses/costs/attorney's fees arising from vendor activities, employees, contractors, merchandise, IP disputes, booth construction, negligence, violations of law. Survives the event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLG not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost inventory, business interruption, consequential/incidental/indirect damages, theft, property damage. Nothing limits liability where prohibited by California law.
Vendor reimburses BLG/venue for damage caused by Vendor or personnel to floors, walls, windows, doors, furniture, electrical systems, venue equipment, common areas.
Venue rules, Fire Marshal requirements, building management directives, security instructions, emergency procedures, government regulations. BLG may modify operations to comply.
Immediate compliance with directions from BLG staff, venue management, security, police, fire, EMS.
Maintain ADA compliance; displays may not obstruct accessible routes.
Vendor responsible for conduct of employees, contractors, volunteers, temporary staff, representatives, guests.
Children accompanying Vendors must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Property remaining after load-out may be considered abandoned; BLG may remove/dispose/store without liability.
Contact BLG before initiating any chargeback/dispute. If BLG prevails, Vendor reimburses chargeback fees, administrative costs, collection expenses, reasonable attorneys' fees where permitted.
Cancellations more than 30 days before event: refund less 10% administrative fee. No refunds within 30 days. No refunds for no-shows, early departure, removal, policy violations. Credits at BLG's discretion.
No liability for cancellation/postponement/interruption/relocation/modification due to circumstances beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, government action, public health emergencies, labor disputes, civil unrest, terrorism, utility failures, venue emergencies, acts of God.
BLG may remove any Vendor who violates the Agreement, creates unsafe environment, violates venue rules or law, sells prohibited merchandise, misrepresents products, fails to comply with staff instructions. Removal may occur without refund.
California law; venue San Francisco County state or federal courts unless otherwise required.
Good-faith informal resolution first; then non-binding mediation in San Francisco County before filing suit, except emergency injunctive relief.
Invalid provisions don't affect the rest.
This is the entire agreement, superseding prior communications.
BLG may modify event schedule, floor plan, booth assignments, security procedures, admission procedures, programming, operational policies when reasonably necessary for safety, venue operations, legal compliance, or event success. Operational changes are not grounds for cancellation/refund.
Participation, payment, electronic signature, or acceptance of booth assignment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance.
